Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to PEP N’ STEP and purchases from the site. By using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Research Use Only Policy, Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Disclaimer. You must be at least 21 years old and authorized to act for a qualified research purchaser.

Research-use restriction

Every product is offered only for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research. No product is offered for human or veterinary use. You must not purchase, market, transfer, or use a product in a manner inconsistent with the Research Use Only Policy.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted. We may verify information, limit quantities, correct errors, reject or cancel an order, or require additional compliance information. If a cancelled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be returned.

Prices, payment, and promotions

Prices, availability, promotions, vial sizes, and shipping terms may change before an order is accepted. You authorize the checkout provider to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and suspected abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or pricing errors may invalidate a promotion.

Shipping and delivery

Dispatch cutoffs and transit estimates are described in Shipping Information and are not delivery guarantees. You are responsible for a complete delivery address and for securing the shipment after delivery. Risk associated with carrier loss or damage will be reviewed under the posted shipping and returns policies and applicable law.

Returns and order issues

Research materials are generally final sale for integrity and chain-of-custody reasons. Damaged, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled items must be reported within the window and with the documentation described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product and testing information

Images are representative and may differ in minor non-material respects. Analytical results apply only to the identified sample or lot and only to the attributes and methods shown in the report. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable source document rather than relying only on a summary badge.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for accurate information and for activity using your contact or account details. Transactional messages may be sent about verification, orders, delivery, support, safety, or policy changes. Marketing messages may be opted out of without affecting essential transaction notices.

Acceptable site use

• Do not interfere with site security, availability, or another user’s access
• Do not scrape, automate purchases, or copy the catalog for a competing service without permission
• Do not submit false verification, payment, shipping, review, affiliate, or claim information
• Do not misuse trademarks, images, reports, or site content
• Do not use the site to facilitate prohibited or unlawful conduct

Intellectual property

The PEP N’ STEP name, logos, original graphics, photographs, product presentation, site design, and written content are owned by or licensed to PEP N’ STEP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A limited right to access the site for lawful personal or internal research purchasing does not transfer ownership.

Service and warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Except for express written commitments and rights that cannot be waived, PEP N’ STEP disclaims implied warranties concerning the site, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEP N’ STEP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses arising from unauthorized or prohibited use. Any direct-liability limitation applies only where lawful and does not exclude non-waivable rights.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, prohibited use, false representations, or violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Missouri law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not informally resolved will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Greene County, Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version.
