Affiliate Program Terms

Program overview

The PEP N’ STEP affiliate program allows approved partners to share authorized links or codes and earn commissions under a written program offer. Applying or participating means accepting these Terms and all research-use, advertising, privacy, and platform rules.

Eligibility and approval

Affiliates must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate identity and payment information, and be capable of making lawful disclosures. Enrollment is subject to review and may be accepted, declined, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. Approval is not a promise of earnings.

Independent relationship

An affiliate is an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, distributor, franchisee, medical representative, or authorized spokesperson for PEP N’ STEP. An affiliate cannot bind the company, make commitments for it, or imply an exclusive relationship.

Required disclosure

Every endorsement must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection before or next to the affiliate link or code. A disclosure such as “I earn a commission from qualifying PEP N’ STEP purchases” or an unambiguous #ad or #affiliate label must be easy to notice and understand. Platform tools may supplement, but not replace, a clear disclosure.

Research-use advertising rules

• Describe products only as laboratory or in-vitro research materials
• Never suggest human or veterinary administration, dosing, treatment, diagnosis, weight loss, appearance, performance, or health benefits
• Do not provide mixing, administration, protocol, or consumption instructions
• Do not target minors or audiences seeking personal-use products
• Do not misrepresent a COA, test method, purity result, batch, regulatory status, or scientific publication

Brand and content license

Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use current program-provided brand assets solely to promote PEP N’ STEP in compliance with these Terms. Do not alter labels, create confusing domains or accounts, register brand marks, or present copied content as your own. Remove assets promptly upon request or termination.

Traffic and promotion restrictions

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware, pop-ups, forced redirects, or cookie stuffing
• No fabricated clicks, orders, reviews, identities, or engagement
• No self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate commission
• No paid-search bidding on PEP N’ STEP, confusing misspellings, or branded domains without written permission
• No coupon-site listings, sub-affiliate networks, or paid placements unless expressly approved
• No unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or unsafe content

Commissions and attribution

The written offer shown in the affiliate dashboard or approval message controls the commission rate, attribution window, eligible products, payout threshold, and schedule. Only tracked, completed, eligible orders qualify. Tracking may fail when cookies are blocked, a customer uses another device, a link is altered, or another valid referral receives credit.

Adjustments and payment

Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or offset for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate or test orders, policy violations, self-referrals, pricing errors, or unpaid transactions. Payment may require tax and identity documentation. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.

Monitoring and records

We may review publicly available promotions and request copies, placement details, analytics, or disclosure evidence reasonably related to program compliance. Affiliates must cooperate with a review and promptly correct or remove noncompliant content.

Confidential information

Non-public rates, launch plans, customer information, security details, and other information identified or reasonably understood as confidential may be used only for the program and must not be disclosed except as required by law.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend links, codes, or payouts while investigating a concern and may terminate immediately for unsafe claims, fraud, deception, misuse of personal information, or other material breach. Rights to use brand assets end immediately upon termination.

Compliance and responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for following advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, platform, tax, and other applicable laws. The affiliate is responsible for its content and for claims arising from its breach, misconduct, or unauthorized representations, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update the program or these Terms prospectively. Continued participation after notice means acceptance of the revised terms. Missouri law governs these Terms, and disputes will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Greene County, Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
